Mindfulness is best described as moment-by-moment awareness. Mindfulness Training - moments always focus on the present, never the past or the future. Most thoughts are one step removed from the present moment because they focus on the past or future. Mindful moments are non-conceptual because during them you merely note the occurrence of something and accept it for what it is.

We offer several mindfulness and meditation classes. We were tasked to find ways for the community to cope with stress. And at the same time, so much research was coming out on the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. We keep offering mindfulness and meditation because of the feedback.
